  • A woman in Florida tried to run over her daughter's 33-year-old husband after he exposed his affair with her to her daughter.
Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, told police she wanted to kill her daughter's husband, Michael Sciarra, after his admission of their indiscretions ruined their mother-daughter relationship.
According to police, the Jupiter mother drove to her paramour's home on September 20, where she threw eggs at his house and car.
In the police report, the responding officer observed Davis 'driving a black Mercedes two door vehicle in circles in the front yard of Sciarra's residence.'

  • The officer also noted they observed him running in different directions in an attempt to avoid being hit by the Mercedes being driven by Davis.
Police watched while she did donut's in front of the Sciarra's house in the 4400 block of Crestdale Street west of Interstate 95 and north of Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens.
While Davis confessed her affair with Hannah's husband to police she also admitted she wanted him dead, according to the police report.
Sciarra meanwhile told police he had recently broken it off with Davis' daughter Hannah, and that he had a sexual relationship with Davis before he ended things with her daughter.
He had originally been inside his home when he heard loud 'banging' outside, which was when he saw Davis egging his house, and came out to tell her to stop.
When he started to call 911 on his soon to be ex-wife's mother, Davis started chasing Sciarra in her car on his front lawn.

Sciarra also told police he feared for his life as she chased him down in her Mercedes. He added he was almost hit several times by the car and wanted to press charges.
Davis was arrested on the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
She was released on $3,0000 bond after spending two days behind bars at the Palm Beach County Jail.
From all accounts, in police reports obtained by DailyMail.com, the relationship between Hannah and her husband Michael had been in steep decline in recent months.

In May of this year, police responded to the same address where Hannah's mother was arrested but this time for an incident involving Hannah and Michael after their neighbor called police when he said he heard Hannah screaming.
According to police Hannah said she was having family dinner with Michael and their two children, Andrew, 2 and Gabriel, 6, when her husband became agitated by the conversation in which she was telling him about an achievement at work.
She told cops he 'flipped out' on her after the conversation turned to their martial issues and she disclosed that she was cheating on him with another man.
Hannah told the police he struck her during the outburst. Police say when they entered the home it was covered with broken glass and items strew about the home.
Police say they both smelled like alcohol, and that Hannah was visibly upset and had a swollen eye.
Michael had left their home before officers arrived, but returned after they spoke with him by telephone and asked him to come back to talk over what happened.
He also got agitated by the conversation with police, and threw his hands behind his back telling the officers to arrest him- so they did.
Michael admitted to the police that they did get into a verbal altercation after she told him she was seeing another man, but denied striking her.
Police arrested him on the charge of domestic battery for the May incident.
