[SPORT]: FORMER SUPER EAGLES COACH SUNDAY OLISEH CARRIED HIS WAHALA TO NETHERLANDER

A report from Netherlands has questioned Oliseh's authoritarian style of management and it''s very familiar to Nigerians.

Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has been branded an ‘authoritarian’ for his autocratic style of management at Fortuna Sittard.

Oliseh has been coach of Fortuna Sittard since December 2016 and managed to lead them to retain their Eerste Divisie (second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands) status.

Limburger's Chief Sports writer Patrick Delait pens an article on the authoritarian management style of Sunday Oliseh at Fortuna Sittard (Limburger )

Behind the scene, however, his autocratic style of management has brought discord in the club according to popular Dutch news platform Limburger. In his column title “Authoritarian Sunday Oliseh makes Fortuna ticking time bomb," the chief sports writer of Limburger Patrick Delait revealed that Oliseh has fallen out with a part of the club’s hierarchy with the way he treated captain Ferry de Regt who is on his way out of the club.
Before Oliseh’s appointment, talks of an extension for De Regt was going on smoothly but the 28-year-old has chosen to leave. De Regt according to reports said he was leaving because of the ‘the current situation at the club’.
One of the assistant coaches at the club Tini Ruijs was also said to have left Oliseh reportedly insulted him in front of players.
According to Delait of Limburger, the caregiver Marco Lemmens and goalkeeping coach Patrick Creemers have also clashed with the former Super Eagles star.

Oliseh at Fortuna is seen as an autocrat, no one dares to make him an obstacle in the way,” a part of the article on Limburger reads.
This report is not new to Nigerian football enthusiasts and very similar to Oliseh’s reign as coach of the Super Eagles.
He clashed with everybody from the media to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the players. Oliseh tumultuous lasted just eight months before he resigned abruptly.
Everyone felt the wrath of Oliseh's easily flared temper.
His first clash as Super Eagles coach was with then Captain Vincent Enyeama who was forced to resign from the national team afterwards. Oliseh and Enyeama fell out immediately he became the coach and the pair had to be separated during a faceoff at the team hotel in Belgium before the friendly games against Cameroon and Congo in October 2015.

The pair also had public back and forth on social media and in the media, a spat that still has the propensity to spring up anytime soon.
After Super Eagles Team B poor showing at the 2016 African Nations Championship, Oliseh via his Youtube page publiclyblasted the Nigerian media and his former colleagues.

"No matter what these usual critics say as long as I’m coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria and I won't pay anybody to write anything good about me," he ranted in that Youtube video which he was reportedly fined for by the NFF.
He also launched an attack on the NFF, accusing them of incompetence after his sudden resignation.
