[INTERVIEW]: NTZ _ EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH "TALL PAGE"

Due to his hard work and consistency in the music industry naijatripzone blog decided to visit one of the most sorted music artist and one of the leaders of the new WAVE sounds "TALL PAGE" in an interview with him he has this to say. 

Q: WHO IS "TALL PAGE" LETS KNOW ABOUT THIS NAME AND HOW UT CAME ABOUT?

ANS: my names are Michael ozazomaro Benin. I'm from Delta state isoko north uzoro local govt area.  Born to a family of 6 and a graduate of Lagos state university studied political science.  
Got the name page from the word "People  Approved God Endorsed"   Page is signed to Alphareel Ent and just released a single titled all night long ft ice prince prod by Popito mixed  and mastered by suka sounds and visuals by Paul gambit. Page has come to stay

Q: CAN YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW YOUR JOURNEY FOR ENTERTAINMENT STARTED?

ANS: I started as a drummer then i joined the choir  and also graduated to been the lead appraisal in church.  Professionally i started music  in 2010 and since then it has been from glory to glory ..

Q: WE LEARNT YOU ARE BASED IN THE CITY OF LAGOS, WERE YOU BORN HERE OR FOR HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HERE?

ANS: yeah i was born in Lagos in Coker oriel iganmu.. Stayed there for about  20 years before I and my family moved to badagry. So I was born in Lagos and I base in Lagos.   Lagos my Sucess story lol

Q: THE STYLE YOU USED TO BRAND YOUR YOURSELF IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ARTIST, HOW DID YOU GET THAT CONCEPT?

ANS: God and a lot of  work, am page and i don't need to act like somebody to be page.  

Q: WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING YOU FROM THE TIME OF "PAMILAYO" AND FOR SOMETIMES WE DIDN'T HEAR FROM YOU AND NOW YOU JUST BUST OUT FROM NO WHERE TO TAKE A PLACE FROM THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, CAN YOU TELL US THE CAUSE OF THE BREAK?

ANS:   Had to focus on schooling cause i was having issues with being in school and being an artiste,  i just graduated dis year so i need to put something out for my fans out there.   

Q: WHAT WAS THE DIFFICULTIES FOR YOU AS AN UPCOMING ARTIST?

ANS: been an up coming act in Nigeria is not encouraging at all.  Sometimes you have the intentions to quit cause no form of encouragement at all.  It's only in this part of the world  i see that artiste pay organizers to perform  and all that, but to the glory of God we are here now.   

Q: YOU JUST DROPPED A NEW SINGLE FEATURING ICE PRINCE, WHAT WAS THE RELATIONSHIP LIKE BETWEEN YOU AND ICE?

ANS:  Ice Prince is like a brother and a friend to me, he is some one i admire his works so the team decided to have him on the track and so far the responds has been massive 

Q: ARE YOU SIGNED TO A RECORD LABEL OR YOU ARE JUST DOING A ONE MAN THING?

ANS: presently am signed to Alphareel Entertainment and it's been wonderful so far 

Q: HOW AFFORDABLE ARE YOU SHOULD NEED CALL FOR ANY EVENT OR SHOW?. 

ANS:   Very affordable... Lol.         


Q:SHOULD IN TIMES OF COLLABORATIONS, WHAT WILL BE THE TERMS FOR AN ARTIST TO FEATURE YOU ON A TRACK?

ANS: for me music is business so if an artiste wants to have me on a track the management will decide on that.     

Q: WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO IN THE NIGERIA MUSIC INDUSTRY AND WHICH A LIST STAR DO YOU INTEND WORKING WITH AGAIN?

ANS: for me I look up to every successful a list artiste and I intend working with everybody in the industry.  If I have a song that the artiste can fit in or if the artiste have a song that I can fit in we will definitely work. No one in particular 

Q: ARE YOU FEELING ANY PRESSURE IN THE INDUSTRY OR YOU THINK YOU ARE ALREADY RELAXED IN THE GAME?

ANS: No pressure at all and also am not relaxed yet, the people up there aren't  sleeping too so we ain't sleeping either, even when i get among the top 10  a list act no taught of  been relaxed. 

Q: LETS TALK ABOUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP, ARE YOU MARRIED OR IN ANY FORM OF RELATIONSHIP?

ANS:  For me music is the only relationship am in right now,  and also am open single and searching lol .............😆

Q: WHAT WORD DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUR FANS AND FOR THOSE UPCOMING ARTIST WHO ARE LOOKING UP TO  BEING LIKE YOU?

ANS: Stay focused to your dream and don't let any body tell you other wise, stay connected with God cause he alone can do all things.
